We hope you are having a wonderful Valentines’ day with your someone special.

Remember are staff are here to help with anything and everything. The office is open to the public from 9.30am to 12.30pm, no appointments necessary just drop in,  In the afternoons staff are available for private appointments or we can come out to you. We also go out and about in the wards we work in to find out what you have been up to and if we can help.

Every Monday and Friday we have a CAB (Citizen’s Advice Bureau) adviser from 10am to 12.30pm, no appointment necessary, CAB can help with welfare benefits, utilities, debt, housing issues, consumer advice and legal matters.

Every Thursday we run a free Zumba class for women only from 1.00pm to 2.00pm
