Coming up in June, your next round of ward forums and PACT meetings…

  • Do you want to have your say about local issues that are important to you?
  • Comment on areas such as schools, roads, street cleaning and anything else that concerns you directly to your local Councillor and senior council staff?
  • Get feedback on what difference your input has made?
  • Set your local policing priorities

Attend your local ward forum and give us your views!

Ward Forums are for people in Calderdale to get involved in what happens in your local area and discuss what is important to you. By working together we can talk about local issues and plan for the future. The meetings are a great place to meet your local Councillors, Calderdale Council staff, Police and other services we work with. The evenings start with refreshments and a chance to network and chat informally

Are you part of a community group? Book a free talk with Yorkshire Air Ambulance

Yorkshire Air Ambulance have recently put together a new presentation about the people we help, our 2 helicopters and the lifesaving emergency service we provide every day across Yorkshire. That supports 5million people over 4 million acres. To offer this service we need to raise £12k every day, which we can only do through the generosity of the people of Yorkshire.

We can tailor our talks to your groups and they can last for as long or as short as required, on average a talk lasts between 30-50 minutes. We are available to attend at any time, including evenings and weekends. The presentation is free of charge and would be made by one of our experienced speakers, who know the charity first hand.
