Sessions will take place on a Wednesday evening between 6:45pm – 9pm at the Cadet Centre, Hunger Hill, Halifax, HX1 2JT

WomenCentre are holding a number of weekly courses around emotional health & wellbeing and crafts.
Tuesdays, 10:30am-12:30pm: The Confidence Lab
Become the woman you want to be through confidence and self belief. Topics include: confidence building, emotional resilience, positive thinking, positive communication, empowerment and mindfulness.
Tuesdays, 1:30pm-3:30pm: Crafty Time
Learn simple crafts to make something new. These will be decorative and practical items for home or gifts.
Wednesdays, 10:30am-12:30pm: Wellbeing
Exploring the 5 ways to wellbeing towards improved health and wellness.
