Are you pregnant, a dad-to-be or parent/carer/grandparent of a child/ren aged under 5, then we want to hear your views.
As part of the movement for Calderdale to be the most active borough in the UK, Active Calderdale and partners are promoting a survey for parents and carers of children under 5 years to help us to understand how we can help you to be more physically active.
We are interested to know what would help you to be more active and the answers could help develop and plan Calderdale projects.
