Promoting Positive Change, new VAC programme starting in July

A Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) perspective on creating the conditions for collaboration and cooperation to promote positive change & development for Individuals, Families & Organisations.VAC

If you work with people, you will know that sometimes the only tools we have are our ability to communicate and our will to see it through. Sometimes we can get things right, people respond, and things happen. Sometimes we don’t…

This one day workshop will introduce you to the concepts of NLP and their applications in working with people to promote positive health & well being. Using these concepts and techniques evolved from NLP will help you make more sense, to more people, more of the time, avoiding conflict and creating powerful working relationships that promote independence, empowerment and choice.

The content will include –

Understanding perception, thinking & behaviour

Individual Difference

Flexibility in thinking & behaviour

Rapport & influence

Setting outcomes you are likely to achieve

Content will be delivered by a Master Practitioner of NLP who has actively worked with people on a daily basis for the last 20 years, in Groups, Organisations and 1-1.

Delivered in a friendly, easy to understand, ethical and practical way that will enable you to learn the concepts and take away useful tools & techniques you can start to use immediately with great effect.
