A diabetes self-management programme that will provide you with all the information you need to look after your diabetes. Delivered locally to urdu/punjabi speaking South Asian Population.
The programme will involve a range of culturally sensitive activities. These can include:
- Male support group
- Female support group
- Exercise class (every Tuesday)
- Cooking class
- Health & well-being group
- Drop-in sessions

- Lose weight & reduce your waist size
- Become more active
- Adopt a healthy diet whilst still enjoying your food
- Reduce diabetes medication
- Reduce depression & improve quality of life
