Drop off the children during the coaching sessions while you exercise in the centre or shop in town, the children are supervised, no worries!

Children’s Coaching Programme:
Activities available: Basketball, Football, Trampolining and Gymnastics

Tuesday:
Gymnastics Club: (5 years and over) 4pm – 5pm and 5pm – 6pm

Wednesday:
Trampolining (6 years and over): 4.15pm – 5.15pm and 5.15pm – 6.15pm

Saturday
Football: 9am – 10am 5, 6 & 7 years, 10am – 11am 7, 8 & 9 years, 11am – 12 midday 10+ years

Gymnastics Club: (5 years and over), 9am – 10am 5 – 6 years, 10am – 11am 7, 8, 9 & 10 years, 11am – 12 midday 7, 8, 9 & 10+ years

Basketball: 10am – 11am 7 – 11 years, 11am – 12 midday 12 – 15 years, 12 midday – 1pm 16+ years, 1pm – 2pm 16+ years

Roller XS: Fun roller skating session
Saturday 4pm & 5.15pm 2 one hour sessions including skates on and off time. Session supervised. Junior and Passport to Leisure prices apply Go Active members Free (Skate hire prices apply)
Right to refuse admission reserved. Adults and over 14s will only be admitted when accompanying younger children as part of a family.
