Living Streets are having their Annual Walk to School week, encouraging all to make their way to school on foot.
May is the month of walking and there are many health benefits from walking, even for 10-20 minutes daily.
It is recommended that children of school age have at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. Walking to school will already set them on their way to achieve this goal and will help parents and carers with their fitness too!
