This session will be delivered by the Memory Lane Cafe in Sowerby Bridge. Chris and June, the founders of the Memory Lane Cafe, are Dementia Champions. This session will raise awareness around Dementia and help participants to understand more about the condition and explores how they can become involved in the Dementia Friends campaign.
