Bringing together artists, photographers, students and art organisations to showcase local projects, the Halifax Art and Photography Festival will see a variety of activity across Halifax Town Centre and will include plenty of free things to be involved in including:

~ Art and Photography Market
~ Live Music
~ Free Face Painting & Balloons

So why not put Saturday 16th April into your diary and pop into town to take a look at the vast array of works by local artists as well as the students at Ryburn Valley High School and Calderdale College. The pop up galleries will appear in locations that you would not expect whilst doing your weekly shop and if you can’t make it on the Saturday then fear not, a number of pop up galleries will be running from Monday 11th April.
