One Good Turn are a small passionate charity.

They aim to improve the quality of life of individuals and families experiencing poverty and isolation in our local community by providing practical support. They can help with white goods, furniture, clothing etc.

One good turn has been established since 2011 and was registered as a registered charity in 2012.  The charity began as a simple ‘swap shop’ on Facebook and slowly grew in the charity it is today.

Covering Kirklees and Calderdale, has helped over 2000 families since it started.

They hold several coffee mornings/afternoons and loads of groups on facebook
