Halifax Opportunities Trust has recently been awarded a contract to deliver Children’s Centre Services in Central Halifax and Calderdale’s Upper Valley. As a result, we are now looking for a passionate and enthusiastic team member, committed to supporting vulnerable and isolated families from the local community.

Vacancies in Central Halifax:
DEPUTY CHILDREN’S CENTRE MANAGER IN DAY CARE – £25,500 per annum at Jubilee Children’s Centre
FINANCE OFFICER IN DAY CARE – £15,795.29 per annum at Jubilee Children’s Centre
MOBILE RECEPTIONIST (25 hours) – £15,132 per annum (pro rata to £10,088 for part time contract) across Central Halifax Children’s Centres
SENIOR EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER IN DAY CARE – £19,890 per annum (2 year contract) at New Road Children’s Centre, Sowerby Bridge.

Vacancies in Upper Valley
FAMILY LINK WORKER (with responsibility for Dads/Male Carers engagement) £15,954.84 per annum (pro rata to £10,636.56 for a 25 hour contract)
Community Early Years Practitioners x2 – £16,313.84 per annum

Joint Vacancies in Central Halifax and Upper Valley
FAMILY SUPPORT WORKERS x3 – £18,431.40 per annum (Two positions in Calderdale’s Upper Valley, one being a 2 year fixed term contract, and one position in Central Halifax)
 CASUAL MOBILE RECEPTIONISTS – £7.65 per hour in Central Halifax and Calderdale’s Upper Valley

BILINGUAL SENIOR EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER IN DAY CARE – £19,890 per annum (pro rata to £14,877.45 for term time only contract) at Little Gems Pre-School
EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER IN DAYCARE x2 – £16,313.83 per annum (pro rata to £8,700.71 for 20 hours term time only contract) at Little Gems Pre-School
