From 1st April 2013 your Local Healthwatch organisations will:
• Have the power to enter and view services.
• Influence how services are set up, commissioned and delivered.
• Provide information, advice and support about local services.
• Provide support if you need to make a complaint about local services.
Calderdale Council will introduce our chosen Healthwatch providers, Voluntary Action Calderdale and the Citizens Advice Bureau. This is your opportunity to find out how Healthwatch will work for you and with you.
