If you’re struggling with tiredness, feeling you never get a moment to yourself or finding it tricky to deal with the day to day demands of being a mum you could probably do with some Mum Time. These informal sessions at The WomenCentre are a chance to chat with other mums and find out about what help you can access, get information and advice and tell us what kind of support would benefit your wellbeing.
Kidspace will be on hand to provide a free crèche for women attending the session but you should book in advance.

Meet other mums and share experiences. Find out about what kinds of support are available. Tell us what kind of support would be useful to you, take time to look after yourself and tips for coping with tiredness, anxiety or stress, diet, exercise and relaxation, and how they can help you manage moods.
The sessions are free and refreshments are provided.
