Family Mentor
37.5 hours per week | Calderdale wide
£23,581.77 per annum
Fixed term contract until Dec 2022

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Family Mentor committed to working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, improving their opportunities and increasing aspiration within areas of deprivation across Calderdale.

Working with the entire family unit, the ideal person must possess excellent people skills. To be suitable for this role you must be able to communicate with a diverse range of communities and individuals from across the Calderdale borough.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of working within a community setting and with people from disadvantaged groups, with a proven background of supporting vulnerable groups & offering excellent quality advice and guidance.
