Halifax Central Initiative team alongside Together Housing, Calderdale Council, food recycling team, Pimp my Pellon group helped clean up the area by providing litter picks and bags. The local residents also joined in to give a hand. We received positive feedback from the local residents whom were happy to carry similar projects in the future.

X6 skips were provided for the residents to get rid of any bulky waste and over 15 bags of rubbish were collected by the volunteers.

The area now substantially tidier and cleaner for all to enjoy, and will be revisited regularly to ensure it is kept this way.
