In this ever changing digital age, Social Media is an essential tool for the Voluntary and Community Sector to increase awareness of their work, engage current and potential service users and promote fundraising activity.

With social media platforms available at the touch of a button, your audience has never been so accessible.  This session will look at how to get the most out of the 2 main social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) for your organisation and all the tools you can use to make Social Media fit in with the busiest working day.
