On May 15th 2016 the club will be providing free taster sessions as part of the RYA’s 
national Push the Boat Out campaign.
Push the Boat Out is a nine day nationwide event that will see hundreds of sailing clubs and centres across the country opening their gates for local people to come and ‘have a go’ at sailing and windsurfing. Whether you’re completely new to the sport, looking to get back on the water or sail regularly, you are welcome to come along and have some fun.
Starting at midday, visitors can get out on the water and try out sailing or windsurfing. All you’ll need is suitable footwear and a towel.
Club Commodore Graham Norton says “We are delighted to be taking part in the RYA Push the Boat Out, inviting the local community to come down to the club, have a go at sailing and windsurfing, see what the club has to offer and get involved. Who knows if your visit might just get you hooked!”
