If you have got a specialist skill or subject you would like to teach in the adult learning (19+) sector and you have excellent communication skills, this introduction to teaching course could be for you.

Formerly known as PTLLS, the Award in Education and Training is a short course designed to enable a wide range of students to undertake teaching, training or learning tasks relevant to their own training or teaching situation.

You may already be working in a training/teaching capacity in the community and would be interested in gaining a qualification.

The next courses start January or May, and run for 6 weeks (9.30-4pm on Tuesdays).
