One Good Turn charity help and support local people in Calderdale and Kirklees. They are appealing for goods this winter, they can collect, sort, wash (if necessary) and re-distribute the goods.  A list of the most urgent items needed to give to those in need this winter include;

• Men’s clothes, shoes, coats
• Ladies coats, shoes
• Children –  coats, pyjamas, dressing gowns, slippers, shoes
• Bedding, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, blankets for single and double beds and cots
• Toys, Games, Books
• Toiletries, Toothpaste, Soap, Deodorant, Sanitary Towels, Nappies, Shower gel

If you are able to donate any of these goods they can be collected by One Good Turn at their Give and Take Sessions across Calderdale for re-distribution either directly to those in need or to partner organisations who have indicated a need by their clients.
