Salary Scale 6, SCP26 – 28, £22,443 – £23,945 per annum, 37 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months, secondment considered.

The Staying Well Project brings together Calderdale Council, Public Health, GPs and the voluntary sector, to develop innovative ways to enable people to stay happy and healthy in their community for longer. We are looking to bring together a new team to work alongside a variety of partners at a neighbourhood level. We need people who have a positive in approach, are self motivated and committed to enabling lonely, vulnerable or isolated people to take a full part in community life.
