This post has a 1 year contract, with possibilities to extend, funding allowing.

We are seeking a Part Time Centre Director, with a passion and calling for Christian youth work and ministry. This is a demanding and challenging new role offering exceptional opportunities for the right person at an exciting stage in the organisation’s development.

Established in 2010, YFCC has recently acquired the HYP (Helping Young People) project which employs 2 detached workers. We are looking for someone to manage all aspects of this project and seek funding for the continuation of the project. YFCC also has several other projects for which the Centre Director will be expected to provide vision and leadership in partnership with the trustees.

Hours: Part -Time (15 hours per week)

Salary: £21,467- £26,986 Pro-Rata depending on experience
