Halifax Central Initiative and the Calderdale Council,Safer Cleaner Greener (SCG) team, the Police and local Councillors had a sunny ward walk-a-bout in Boothtown on Tuesday 4 June. They chatted to a local dog walker who gave some intelligence about another regular dog walker who never picked up after their dog.

At 6.30am the following morning Pete Oddy area manager for (SCG), followed up on the intelligence and witnessed the person not picking up and a Fixed Penalty Notice was served.
