Saturday 1 June. Large traditional family garden party, organised by the Calderdale circuit of the Methodist Church. Many stalls and games; donkey rides, giant slide, ducking stool! Tea room, paninis and BBQ. Plant sales. Home made cakes & preserves, books and DVDs. Maypole dancing by local school and children’s choir. Free children’s treasure hunt game. No dogs allowed other than guide dogs. Toilets on site. Proceeds to Methodist Church Charities plus Overgate Hospice and Forget-Me-Not Children’s Hospice.

Event runs from Midday to 4pm. Admission £1.00, (children under 12 free if with adult).
