Everyone is welcome, at this stage we WALK the boundary path, and as our fitness improves so does the pace. It would be great if we could attempt a 5k or 10k event by the end of the summer!
Also we have “Janet’s Gentle Joggers” at 7.00-8.00pm for the improvers, no races, only personal targets!
I am a qualified leader, insured & CRB checked, approved by Run England, so come & join us for a few sessions, you’ll enjoy it!
