Keep on Running…

Run leaders: Last chance to become a Run Leader and receive all sorts of tips and advice on being a great leader.  Course in Leeds on Sunday 17^th March.  If you are interested your application form need to be at The Shay Stadium by Monday 12.00pm., Please request a form be emailed to you.  Cost of course is £30 (usually £110).

Run/Jog sessions: If you are interested in having a go, getting some exercise, having some fun or just needing to get out and about.  All these are possible at our New Run sessions.  All adapted to your requirements,  so no need to worry about whether you can do it.  Just come and have a go.  You have the added bonus of being with like minded people, where you go at your own pace with all the encouragement you need.

Come on and give it a try! All sessions are for beginners.
