A free course for parents and carers of children with additional needs under the age of 5

The course will cover things like managing stress, thinking about your own needs as well as how to support the family, thinking about school, how to get extra help for your child,
handling tricky meetings and much more.

This is a 6 week course, starting Tuesday 13 November 2012 All sessions run from 10.00am – 12.30pm at Jubilee Children’s Centre, LIghtowler Road, Halifax HX1 5NB
There is a limited number of crèche places available, plus funding to pay for extra childcare at your child’s usual nursery or childminder and travel expenses if needed.
The course will be run by a parent of a child with additional needs and a Family Support worker.
