North Bridge Leisure Centre football courses

Every Saturday 9am till 12.00pm sessions for one hour pay and play. Football for ages 5 +.

Book the whole block by enrolling ensuring first priority to re book for the next enrolment.  Our football courses for children are great fun, They help kids to build confidence and meet new friends. Our coaches ensure a friendly and fun atmosphere. They carry out specific football drills that help children’s development and they also have plenty of fun football games for the children.

Stage Door Studio Theatre Workshop is gearing up to give what promises to be a fantastic musical production of ’GUYS & DOLLS’. Catchy songs and a great storyline, this family favourite is sure to delight audiences when performed at The Halifax Playhouse from 20 – 22 September each evening at 7.15pm and a Saturday matinee at 2.15pm. Tickets are from £6.50 – £10.00 – with a special discount for groups.


Anne Redfern, who leads the theatre workshop with choreographer Janet Fletcher said: “The cast and production team are really excited, everyone has worked so hard to put on a great show and we just know it will be fun for all the family”.


The story is centred on the charismatic Nathan Detroit who is trying to win a bet with famous gambler Sky Masterson, enter girlfriends Sarah & Adelaide and we are guaranteed a good plot!

If any young person aged 5 upwards would like to join this energetic and lively group of students, just get in touch, they will be given the opportunity to experience working in a team, who ultimately aim to ‘Reach for the Stars’ and have great fun in the process!
