Caretaker (evenings and weekends)

Based at Mixenden Activity Centre

Salary £25,948.89 per annum

Pro-rata salary £17,533.04 per annum

25 hours per week

Duties/responsibilities will include: 

• To carry out or arrange for the designated building to be open ready to deliver services and made secure at the end of the working day.
• To carry out or arrange for the maintenance of the designated building.
• To provide buildings cover, and facilitate access to the building, in the evenings and some weekends.
• To ensure Health and Safety/legal requirements are met for the designated building.
