Salary £19,580.19 per annum – Actual £3,916.04 pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Officer to work within our central finance team.
The main purpose of this role is to manage the Sales and Purchase ledger for HOT Enterprises Ltd. You will do this through processing monthly rental and recharge invoices to tenants and customers, ensuring that these are done in a timely manner and all customer queries are answered.
You will process the purchase invoices and prepare the payment run to ensure that all creditors are paid within their terms.
You will be part of a wider team and therefore ad hoc finance task’s will be delegated.
You will need:
➢ Previous Sales and Purchase ledger experience

➢ Customer service skills

➢ Organisational skills

➢ The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

➢ IT literate

➢ Reporting back to management with updates
