Invictus Wellbeing, West Yorkshire’s Children and Young People’s Mental Health Charity will be holding a face to face peer support drop in at Forest Cottage in Ovenden starting February 2023.

These peer support face to face, informal drop in self help groups are a place where young people can come together to help one anbother through shared experiences and emotional support.
All groups are friendly, non-judgemental and confidential spaces.
