Staying active on a low budget
Many of us are feeling the pinch right now as we face the reality of what we can afford within our monthly budget. Looking after our own physical and mental wellbeing can often slide its way down our priority list as we face these new challenges.
Being active is important in tackling low moods, depression and anxiety as well as being good for our physical health and it doesn’t have to cost anything. Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to move more. Check out our list of free and easy ways to move more in your workplace or at home. More advice on staying active at a low cost can be found in the attached flyer.
