From Couch to Fitness and gentle exercise routines for pregnant women or women who have just given birth, here are some useful links for new and expecting mothers as well as anyone who may wish to move more and increase their levels of physical activity.

It is recommended that adults do 150 minutes of exercise per week, that’s one and a half hours. However, every amount, however small is beneficial!

There are many organisations that can help you on your journey to improved fitness.
