If you think you have had any symptoms of Long Covid, we invite you to please share your experience by completing our short survey. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The deadline for completion is March 25th 2022 . Your valuable feedback will help us to understand experiences of current Long Covid support and what is missing.
