The local Ukrainian community is collecting humanitarian aid items for Ukraine and we are asking for your help.

We are organising containers to be sent to Poland and the first of these is scheduled to leave this weekend, Sat 04/Sun 05 March.

If anyone has any items they would like to donate these would be greatly appreciated.

Items urgently needed are:-

• Ladies & Children’s Clothing
• Nappies
• Wet Wipes
• Toiletries
• Toothbrushes/Toothpaste
• Toilet Roll
• Sleeping Bags
• Blankets
• Thermal Blankets
• Bottled Water

A collection point and date has been arranged below for any donations:-

Wednesday 02 March between 10am and 9pm

There will be volunteers and signs to guide people with donations to the right place.

If donations could be delivered to the collection point it would help massively.

However, for anyone unable to get there, donations can be fetched to Kevin Pearce Children’s Centre, Main Reception.
