Operational Manager Kirklees 32 hours per week
Salary £33,771- £35,798 (Pro rata) -Scale Points 32-34, funded until March 31st, 2024
The post is largely funded by Kirklees Council and the NHS: Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and North Kirklees CCG. It is also part funded by a range of other funders.
The post requires:
- A senior manager with experience in service and project management.
- Experience in the co-production of services.
- Engagement in relevant strategic agendas and partnerships across Kirklees.
- Skills in service development and contract management.
The postholder will be based in our Huddersfield Office but will be expected to travel to the other WomenCentre bases (Dewsbury and Halifax) as and when required.

Funded until September 30th, 2023, with a potential for a one-year funding extension funding.
The post is funded by Bradford Council. WomenCentre is part of the Bradford Survive and Thrive contract alongside Staying Put and Family Action.
The post requires:
- A senior manager with experience in service and project management.
- Experience of managing domestic abuse services – victim and perpetrator focused.
- Engagement in relevant strategic agendas and partnerships across Bradford.
- Skills in service development and contract management.
The postholder will be based in our Halifax Office but will be expected to work around the Bradford District.
