Do you know anyone who is on a low household income or benefits and has a cold attic bedroom in their home? We have secured Green Homes Grant funding to install ‘room in roof’ insulation for qualifying low income households which will make their homes warmer, healthier and cheaper to heat AND provide a newly decorated attic room!
 
The work may be fully funded for owner occupiers. Private tenants can also apply to the scheme; their landlord can have a grant up to £5,000 for the work, and they will have to make a payment towards the total cost.
