Calderdale College is an official provider of T Levels! The most up to date qualification designed by the Government with businesses, to make sure students walk away with their qualification and all the current skills and knowledge they need to get on the job market and start their career.

This two-year qualification for 16-18 year olds combines industry experience with classroom study – think of it as a mixture between an apprenticeship and a BTEC! All T Level students get to spend 45 days on an industry placement where they will get the opportunity to put skills into practice, with the help of a local employer.

Calderdale College are currently looking for local businesses to come on board and deliver high quality industry placements for T Level students. Those getting involved can claim £1,000 incentive payment for every placement student – this incentive is open to businesses of all sizes and is available for any placement that commences between 27 May 2021 and July 2022.
