Parent Link Worker – Lower Valley

£18,135 per annum (pro rata if part time)

30 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Lower Valley Family Support Team as a Parent Link Worker. You will be working within the community supporting families to access services and offer ongoing family support.  This role will have a specific focus on engaging male parents and carers, through running and contributing to events that support and encourage males in their role as a parent.  This role will involve some weekend work.

You will need experience of paid work in supporting families as well as working alongside other agencies and a relevant Level 2 qualification.

Please note that for this post you will need a GCSE in English & Maths or the ability to demonstrate that you can work at this level.
