APPRENTICE COMMUNITY EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
37.5hpw – Salary – £8,407.58 per annum
Todmorden Children’s Centre

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic team members, committed to supporting families. The position will be community based which delivers parent and child groups and provides crèches to support parents study in the community but will also cover in day care where required.
This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to gain experience of working in Community environment and working directly with parents, carers and children, you will be supporting them in reaching their full learning potential.
This is also a chance to work towards a relevant nationally recognised qualification as part of an Apprenticeship Standard.

You will need:
➢ GCSE level standard of education or equivalent
➢ Ability to work in a non-discriminatory, sensitive and respectful way
➢ A positive approach to difficult situations and challenges
➢ A willingness to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which will involve weekend / evening work
