Topiary balls have been installed along the shop fronts on Boothtown Road to add a Festive feeling.

The topiary balls are red and green and have solar lights that will come on each evening. Waseem Hussain a neighbourhhood officer with Halifax Central Initiative was responsible for making this improvement to the area happen. The funding was provided from the Ward Forum grant; their installation has been well received by the shopkeepers along the road.

The balls will remain in place until the summer hanging baskets are put up and will then be rehung in Winter next year for the festive season again.
