Friends of Crow Wood Park Great War Exhibition
A free event Commemorating the centenary of the end of WW1 and life in the area at the time.
Official Re-opening at 11 AM on Friday 6th September 2019
By the mayor of Calderdale, at Sowerby Bridge Library.
Exhibition opening times at the library are:
- Mon, Tues, Thurs, FRi & Sat 10 am – 4 pm
- Weds 10 am – 12 Noon
- On Friday 8th November the Exhibition will Move to St. Paul’s Methodist Church (Tower Hill)
- open Saturday 9th November 10.30 am – 1.30 pm and Includes Free Soup & a Roll, Followed by the Memory Lane Café.
Why not join Friends of Crow Wood Park – at their Pavilion Coffee Mornings which are held every 3rd Wednesday of the month (except For 11th December) and also on Saturday 5th October at 10.00 for a talk by local historian David Glover on “Sir Henry Edwards of Pye Nest – The man who feuded with Wainhouse”
