Grants up to £7,000  for single organisation bids and £25,000 for partnership bids are now available for projects contributing to the Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group NHS Care Closer to Home areas and design principles within the following health priorities:

Cancer & Tumours * Diabetes * Respiratory *   Alcohol Conditions *
Musculoskeletal *  Cardiovascular *  Mental Health * Urgent Care

Bursaries up to £3,500 to assist VCS Organisations become business ready and improve their organisational development.

Free briefing sessions are being held to provide guidance & information on the application process as follows,

Wednesday 21st October 1.00pm to 3.00pm at Brighouse Central Methodist Church

Friday 23rd October 1.00pm to 3.00pm at Todmorden Health Centre

Monday 26th October 6.00pm 8.00pm at Voluntary Action Calderdale
