  • Writing for Recovery, on Thursday 6th December.
    This is part of our Relax, Recharge, Recover programme of activities.
  • Mum Time – support for mums struggling with tiredness and the day-to-day stresses of being a parent.  The next session on Wednesday 5th December focuses on Baby Blues and Post-Natal Depression.
  • Healthy Minds Forum Meeting, on Monday 10th December.
    Come along and share your ideas for coping with Christmas and the winter months.
  • Cuts to Disability Benefits: Information meeting, on Tuesday 11th December.
    This meeting will focus on Employment Support Allowance (ESA).
  • A reminder of the times, dates and location of our 4 new support groups:
    bipolar group, depression group, hearing voices group and Mum Time.
  • Stress Management and Confidence Building:
    the final session in this 6-week course, Thursday 13th December.
  • Information sessions in December – dates, times and venues
  • Healthy Minds volunteer recruitment call, our next volunteer training
    and an update from the recent meeting for existing volunteers.
  • Speak your Mind radio project: a joint project between Healthy Minds and Phoenix Radio.
  • Mental Health Partnership Board:
    Currently recruiting volunteers with personal experience of mental distress.

  • An update on our anti-stigma project, Mentality.
