Calderdale Training Apprenticeship scheme offers young people transferable skills, a salary and a qualification – not just a job!

Apprenticeships are available to any individual between the ages of 16-25.

As a trainee you will be paid a training wage (£96.20 p/w) for the duration of your training, which is for 12 months.

These apprenticeships are based within a local business, with the industries ranging from:

• Business Administration
• Childcare and Nurseries
• Customer Service
• Hospitality
• Joinery
• Retail

Applicants will need to demonstrate;

• An interest to work in Business Administration/Customer Service roles.
• An ability to communicate effectively
• An ability to work flexibly and on their own initiative
• Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
• A good telephone manner
