Children’s Centre Manager, Central Halifax

Salary circa £32,000 per year

 

This is an opportunity to cover for a secondment – potentially up to 15 April 2014

 

An opportunity has arisen within the Central Halifax area for an experienced and continuously developing individual to join the leadership team as a Children’s Centre Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing diverse services and teams across a designated area that includes New Road Children’s Centre, Sowerby Bridge and Little Stars Children’s Centres, Parkinson Lane and Warley Road.

Candidates

must

have:- 1) experience in leading and managing children & families services in a multi-agency environment, including planning and delivering services in partnership with children, young people and their parents, 2) experience of contributing to strategy development, business planning and management of budgets, and 3) experience of community-based working and working with different cultures and faiths.
