We are looking for someone with passion and energy to lead our organisation into the next stage of our development in embedding a culture of welcome across Calderdale for people seeking sanctuary.

Do you have a track record of working in partnership and collaborating across a wide range of stakeholders? Can you drive organisational change and deliver our strategy and evaluation framework?  Do you believe in an organisational culture that empowers and nurtures staff, volunteers and trustees?  Do you have the ability to secure future funding and to work under your own initiative?

Salary: £34,000 FTE (£20,400 pro rata)

Contract: 30 months from start date. Start date as soon as possible.

Working hours: 21 hours per week (decided in agreement with Chair of Trustees) 

Location: Home based 

Pension   5% employer contribution
