HCI warden Jonny Cato took the junior wardens from Christ Church primary school to visit Madni Mosque and the Community Fridge today. Visiting a mosque can be an enriching experience for children, offering them a unique opportunity to learn about a new culture, tradition, and faith. One of the most important parts of a mosque visit is learning about the role of prayer in the lives of Muslims. Children are introduced to the concept of prayer (Salah) and its significance in Islam.
Afterwards the children visited the Community Fridge to learn about the work they do providing food parcels to people in the community.
