Calderdale’s 2024 Baby Week will shine a spotlight on the theme of “Best Start – Connections.” This year’s events will emphasise the importance of emotional health and wellbeing, early language development, and fostering connections for families. Expectant parents and families with babies and toddlers will have the chance to engage in activities and access support as part of the Calderdale Family Hubs initiative.

The week will close with a Celebration of Play at Eureka! The National Children’s Museum in Halifax on 20th November from 10am-4pm. There will be one-off activities for families, including hands-on galleries, story time sessions and sensory play, and the opportunity to talk to professionals.
