Age UK Older Person’s Advice Worker – Maggie Pearce

Maggie will be providing confidential one-on-one appointments for older adults every Tuesday at Hanson Lane Enterprise Centre. She can assist with:

• Benefits and Financial Advice: Guidance on welfare benefits for those over or approaching state pension age, including benefit checks and help with claim forms.
• Staying Warm and Safe at Home: Information on home adaptations, housing options, and staying warm.
• Social Care Support: Assistance in finding care homes, securing in-home help, and understanding funding options.
• Local Services: Signposting and information on local services and support networks.
